Following the pronouncement by the Minister of Finance Economic Development Hon. Dr. Thapelo Matsheka on the COVID 19 impact fiscal policy packages, the public is informed that BECI has been appointed the Fund Administrator for the Loan Guarantee facility meant to assist in stabilising businesses.
