Segametsi Sethantsho is Chief Executive Officer of Export Credit Insurance and Guarantee Company (Botswana) Pty Ltd (BECI). Sethantsho joins BECI with a wealth of leadership experience spanning the fields of strategic development, risk management, and operations. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated commitment to innovation, led high-performing teams, and delivered sustainable results in complex and evolving environments. She holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Change Management from Leeds Metropolitan University (UK) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics and Environmental Science from the University of Botswana. In addition, she is a chief advocate for Sustainability, championing responsible practices and driving inclusive leadership approaches that prioritize empowerment, transformation, and positive impact.
